I had a home visit consultation with Dr. Mansi when my baby was around 3.5 weeks old. At that time, he was not able to latch directly due to my flat nipples, so I was using a nipple shield or expressing and feeding. Dr. Mansi was extremely helpful and polite. With her guidance and correct technique, my baby started latching within 10 minutes of the consultation. Since then, I have not needed to use a nipple shield, and my baby has been latching directly most of the time. I highly recommend her. She is also very approachable and always available on WhatsApp for any follow-up queries.
