I’ve been learning yoga with Snehal for about a month now and it’s been such a great experience. She has a wonderful way of balancing strength, stretch and asanas in every session. She knows exactly how much to push me- just enough to challenge me but never beyond what I can handle. Her classes have been a real solution to my cervical pain and I can already feel so much relief. What I love most is how patient and approachable she is. I can ask her questions any number of times up and she always takes the time to show me the right way and if something doesn’t work for me, she instantly suggests a variation.
