Prachi is a great teacher, keeps a track of your current week of pregnancy and makes you do asanas based on your current week, any pregnancy issues or any other health issues you might have. She has offline and online classes options with proper personal attention to posture and techniques. I'm glad I joined her early enough during my pregnancy. Would surely recommend expecting mothers to join her for prenatal yoga.

I got to know about Prachi through a frnd when I was looking for prenatal yoga and I guess I’ve been lucky enough to find her. She keeps a track of our ongoing week of pregnancy and gives special & personal attention to everyone during the class while making us perform asanas and exercises accordingly.
