We recently celebrated our daughter’s birthday at Funkey Monkey Playzone, and we are extremely happy with the entire experience. It was a well-managed and memorable event – truly paisa vasool! Food: The food arrangement was excellent – delicious, kid-friendly, and perfectly suited for the occasion. Many of our guests specifically complimented the taste and quality. We were also pleasantly surprised when the team offered us an additional main course dish complimentary, staying well within the agreed budget. A lovely gesture! Decoration: The decoration exceeded our expectations. The team went above and beyond by adding a few beautiful elements on their own, which weren’t part of the original plan. The combination of pastel shades looked elegant and festive. We really appreciate the extra effort! Funkey Monkey Team: A big shoutout to Samina and Neha, who were incredibly supportive and attentive throughout the planning and during the event. They ensured everything went smoothly and were always available when needed. Play Area & Tattoo Artist: The play area was a hit – not just for the kids, but for many of the adults too! The tattoo artist was a great addition, and even grown-ups joined in the fun. It really added to the lively and playful atmosphere. Suggestions for Improvement: It would be great if the food could be kept warm till the end of the party, as it was a bit cold by the time guests were eating. The washroom area felt quite hot, which made it a bit uncomfortable while changing kids' clothes. Some ventilation or cooling would help. Despite the couple of minor points, the entire experience was fantastic. Thank you so much to the entire Funkey Monkey team for making our daughter’s birthday so special. We highly recommend this venue for kids' parties and celebrations!
Overall a fun experience. The price is 600 on weekdays 90 minutes or unlimited on Wednesday. It was quiet unlike other play areas. The music wasn't too loud so it was pleasant to stay. The area is pretty small three big slides and one slide inside the upper play area. You can complete all the games by 1 hr. The unique features of this play place is the climbing which is for children 7-12 yrs. And the toddler area has a small tunnel and spinner which is fun. On the downside since it's small there isn't much to do and would say I have been to bigger play areas which cost around the same price. -upper play area of 3 stories -3 slides 1 big 1 in toddler area 1 upper play place -some sorts of mazes -climbing area That's about it! I would recommend for quiet atmosphere but otherwise like I mentioned only enough to play for one hour!
Go to Place for Kids and Parents! One of the best play zone for kids in South Mumbai. They do allow parents free of cost with kids. A good sitting area accompanied by cafe. Family will surely spend a fun filled time here!

The staff is vigilant, and there's a clear set of rules to ensure kids play safely. The flooring is soft and padded to prevent injuries, which is a big plus. The staff is courteous and attentive. There’s a dedicated seating area for parents to relax while keeping an eye on their kids. The café serves decent snacks and beverages, making it easy to spend a few hours without any hassle.It’s a great place for birthday parties or casual playdates.
A fun and convenient venue not only for play dates but also for kiddie birthdays. We had the 1st birthday party here at Funky Monkey for our son and it was the best decision that we took. The staff is extremely helpful and cooperative during the planning and suggests appropriate requirements for the occasion. They have a good spread of food and beverage menu with enough place to entertain the parents along with the kids. A perfect venue if you want to have a fun yet seamless party that everyone enjoys. Neha and Samina were especially accommodating and very helpful in all the planning.
