I was hesitant to post this incident online, but sharing it so others can stay aware. We hired a nanny from Broomees six months ago as we couldn’t find a reliable nanny through our own network. Since Broomees claimed to offer multiple options and easy replacements, we decided to try them. Initially, things seemed fine, but soon the nanny admitted she had never handled a 1–2-month-old baby, even though Broomees’ SPOC had assured us otherwise. We decided to support her and manage. However, she gradually started taking random emergency leaves, remained absent frequently, and began asking for advance payments. Asking for more salary within 1-2 month. Despite multiple complaints, Broomees did not help with a replacement and only kept assuring us she would improve. The worst part was that at every month-end, after receiving her salary, she would remain absent and become unreachable. Even the Broomees SPOC stopped taking our calls. We decided to discontinue her in the second month. Around the same time, we discovered that my mother’s gold chain was missing from a pouch kept in the wardrobe. The remaining smaller items from the pouch were later found hidden in the baby’s cradle pocket, covered with a napkin. It was clear she had taken the pouch, removed the valuable chain, and returned the rest so we wouldn’t notice immediately. When we reached out to Broomees for help, they simply ignored the complaint. They even refused to share her police verification document, claiming our subscription had ended. After paying ₹8,000 for their service, all we got was a dishonest nanny and zero support. I also requested that they remove her from their system so no one else faces this, but they didn’t entertain my request. We didn’t file an FIR due to security reasons, and we didn’t want any further interaction with the nanny. To make it worse, we later found out she is now working in a neighbouring society. Overall, it was the worst experience. Please avoid Broomees. Instead, rely on neighbours, societies, and proper background checks before hiring anyone.

Pathetic and Unprofessional Service — Worst Experience Ever! I booked a babysitter through Broomies India Pvt. Ltd. on 21st Aug 2025, made full payment on day one, and clearly explained my requirements. Till today (over a almost two months later), not a single day of service has been provided. I’ve followed up countless times, only to receive false promises, delays, and zero accountability. This company’s customer handling is pathetic, their support is non-existent, and their promises are completely fake. Even after repeated requests for a refund, no money has been returned. They only make excuses and give future commitments that never materialize. Two weeks ago, I received a call from their grievance team asking me to delete my earlier complaint post and promising a quick refund — I agreed in good faith and deleted it. But after that, they completely disappeared again. No response, no refund, no service. This is not just bad service — it’s complete harassment and breach of consumer trust. Even local agencies with no fancy website or app work far more professionally than this company. Broomies India is a total failure in customer service, ethics, and reliability. If you value your peace of mind, stay far away from this company. They don’t deserve even a single star. Utterly unprofessional, irresponsible, and deceptive experience — a nightmare for any customer.

I paid 1 year subscription for Broomees after watching their advertisement repeatedly on social media. I was convinced that they would find me a good nanny ( in Pune )as shown in their social media videos. I totally regret paying for 1 year subscription, the first nanny came and quit second day because she couldn’t afford travelling, nor she or Broomees informed me she had quit. The Second nanny they sent was totally unreliable, no show no message on third day. The Third nanny was a disaster, she smelled of tobacco, was not presentable at all, looked like she came from a slum area, did not know how to talk decently, not trained 1000% . Total disaster guys. I sent her back from my doorstep itself. Now my patience were wearing thin so I called them and requested to not send any other replacement. Broomees don’t send trained Nannies, they are also not reliable, this start-up is a total scam, making false promises. I only came to see their google reviews after such a frustrating experience. Now I have asked them not to send anyone because I am done with them. If I read the reviews earlier I would have not paid for a one whole year subscription at all!!!!! I hope this review helps other people who want to opt for their subscription in future and not waste their hard earned money like I did. BROOMEES IS A WASTE OF TIME, EFFORTS AND MONEY.

Broomees is a total disaster. The maid was never punctual, her time was 10 am but she always came after 11, even requesting her to come on time didn’t work. She also took random leaves without informing, and behaved so poorly it created constant drama at home. They claim the helpers are well trained - I can tell you there’s no Training - it’s Nonexistent. Their customer support is somehow even worse — the call centre simply stops answering, keeps you on endless hold, and their “we’ll send a replacement” line is just a repeated lie. Honestly, paying Broomees felt like setting money on fire. If you value peace, sanity, or basic professionalism, stay miles away. They just want your money, they don’t want to provide any service.

Extremely unprofessional experience. Their sales team (Fordosh)promised that a trained professional would be sent — but after waiting 7 days, the person who arrived openly admitted she didn’t know the work and spent most of the time on her phone. When I raised the issuse and asked for the refund - they denied it.. Broomees clearly lacks any quality standards or service-level accountability. Their sales team will say anything to get the booking amount, and once the payment is made, the delivery team (Jyoti Sharma) completely flips the story. To make things worse, they have also denied my refund, and it’s been over 3 days with no resolution or even basic customer courtesy. Would strongly not recommend Broomees — unprofessional, unreliable, and zero sense of business ethics.
