My experience at CallMediLife Health Services Pvt Ltd has been very positive. However, I find the work environment to be supportive, and the team is like a second family. There are plenty of opportunities for growth, and the management is approachable.
Such a degrading service, don’t have proper customer service. Ridiculous attitude from staff too. They don’t deserve for any ratings
So far my experience has not been good with Callmedilife healthcare. For Aegon Religare policy revival I was having medical checkup appointment at home between 8 to 9 am today 4 Feb 2024. I had follow fasting for 12 hours. I waiting till 11 am still no update was there. They had already got the bill amount collected before appointment, however no one came for medical test. There was no call also for any change in appointment scheduled.
I went here for medical Checkup, and service was really good , environment is friendly and all the staff members are kind , Thank you CallMediLife for such smooth check up process
Reach the North Bengal Neuro Centre Pvt Ltd as I booked medical test for Aegon Life. But in the testing centre no intimation mail. From 8 am I was trying to reach the customer care service for 2 hrs nobody picked up the call. I have travelled for the test around 125km and sacrifice a day office leave. What a hell.
