I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with Raksha TPA and the service I received from them. Despite paying premiums diligently, I faced numerous issues when trying to file a claim. The company's claims process was cumbersome, and the customer support team was unresponsive and unhelpful. It took multiple calls and emails to get a response, and even then, my issues were not resolved. Don't buy this insurance service in this company.
Avoid raksha tpa any cost ,they run a scam . claim is never settled despite submitting all the documents on time . raise uselss queries buy out more time to delay your payment ,call centre is based out of Hyderabad -bunch of illetrate people .their web UI always hangs.if there was a provision of negative rating would have done that as well
Avoid taking Raksha TPA insurance policy. Their claim process is extremely frustrating and inefficient. They repeatedly ask for multiple documents, often requesting the same documents multiple times. Even after you submit a required document, they may ask for it again just a few days later. This disorganized approach creates unnecessary delays and adds to the stress of managing a claim.
Worst service. Yesterday 26 oct was my relative discharge date but still today 27 oct I did not received any update from company..still awaiting for approval...from yesterday I called 6-7 times to support team but they just telling our backend team is working...but how many hrs they are working...media assist TPA is too much better than raksha.. atleast they process claim within 45 min. Whenever anyone buy any policy pls go with Medi Assist TPA, atleast they respond
Its one of the worst TPA. Got the worst experience. Worst service provider. I had to wait for 5 months still to receive the amount after calling them more than 40 times. This people do not give approvals even after submitting all relevant documents. They raise shortfalls for the documents which were shared already multiple times. Even after addressing their shortfalls they sit on it and while following up with customer care they promise to solve it soon, but in reality they don't. They will raise some other issues and keep harassing senior citizen. Still struggling to get hard earned money.
