Great spa services every time. I have been coming to iOSis for over a year now for facial and spa treatments and it has been very good. All the staff are very supportive and courteous. FACIAL: Devanji has very good hands. Very polite and thoughtful about my comfort. The facial was very relaxing. I really liked the peel off mask. It was very refreshing. Overall, an excellent experience with high quality products and a professional aesthetician. Thank you, Devanji! HAIR: I also had a Botox hair Treatment and Hair coloring. Alekha and Sonu did a great job. They are both meticulous in their attention to detail and have a very good eye for style. They gave me a recommendations for style and care of my hair. They really know a lot about hair and educated me as well. Alekha really took her time to do a good job and ensured my comfort throughout the process. 7 stars for professionalism, knowledge and excellent service! BODY MASSAGE: I had a Deep Tissue massage with Cindy. This is one of the top 5 massages I have had ( and I get frequent and regular massages) The ambiance is calming and very comfortable. Cindy applied just the right pressure and has great technique. I would definitely request her services next time. OVERALL: My experience at Iosis was positive +++ I will definitely go there again. Disappointed with the facial booked through the Luzo app. The hospitality was poor—no courtesy of offering water, tea, or coffee. There was no transparency in using a fresh facial kit in front of me. After the facial, I saw no noticeable glow or improvement, making me question the quality of service. Overall, extremely underwhelming—just a big name with no real results. There are much better salons in the vicinity with better service
Namaste I have been receiving Body Therapy from Iosis Spa more than five times now. I found all therapist are really good in thr work, specially I like Acham she is awesome. She knows her work best. I have chronic pain on right side of shoulder after receiving therapy I am feeling very light and relief. And one more thing they give best treatment each and every time .
