We had a very disappointing experience with Book My Nanny. The nanny recommended by this agency was caught stealing new clothes, makeup items, perfume bottles, and even our child’s silver anklets. Despite providing video evidence of the incident, the agency’s response was extremely passive. They didn’t take any concrete action and didn’t even file a police complaint against the nanny. This clearly shows they do not conduct proper background checks. We strongly advise others not to trust this agency.

Not recommend this at anytime. Person whom we enquired was Regina and she acted to be very supportive at the beginning but after paying the advance amount for 6months she stopped supporting. Stopped responding to calls and didn’t provide any maid. The maid whom we got left right after getting money without any information. The agency doesn’t have any control on maids. They are highly unprofessional and do not waste your money

FRAUDULENT & UNETHICAL SERVICE – STAY AWAY! I had a terrible experience with Book My Bai. After paying ₹12,000 as a non-refundable advance booking charge, they sent a cook/house help claiming ₹9,000/month as salary. Within 2 days, the maid increased her demand to ₹11,000. She took 8 days leave in July and in just 10 days of August, she took 3 more days off, excluding Sundays! Despite this unprofessional behavior, I cleared her dues and requested a replacement immediately. It’s been 7 days, and Book My Bai has been completely unresponsive to calls and emails. To make matters worse, they have no real office in Bangalore — just one person operating from what seems to be a slum dwelling. This feels like a scam network, with the company and maids colluding to exploit customers. Avoid this service if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.
