I opted for a 3 month pregnancy program under Selfcare. I was assigned Palak as my nutritionist. She is fantastic at her work, guided me through what all I can and should eat and the right proportion to ensure I maintain a healthy weight gain, helped me overcome my sweet cravings by giving me enough options, and also allowed me to go on a cheat meal once a week. The best thing about her was that she was always available on call and message whenever I requested, including going through the menu and suggesting me what I can eat when I went out. She was both strict as well as flexible, including majority items in my diet which i liked having on a daily basis and also kept a check to balance my nutrition intake. I cannot thank her enough for taking care of me through my pregnancy journey. Lastly I would also thank Vaishali who too guided me to ensure both my baby and I were well fed. I would highly recommend everyone to opt for this program. It is worth every single penny.
Aproaching Selfcare team was the best thing I did it in a recent time. Its been 8 years I was struggling to loose those extra pounds. Was under the 3 months program with Dr. Anand and Dr. Vaishali. More than just helping with losing my weight, they are extremely friendly and polite. They help you with eating the right quality and quantity of food. There’s no intense diet. It’s like you eat right and still lose weight. Highly recommended. I had a fantastic experience with SelfCare by Suman (SCS) over the last five months. They came highly recommended to me by a friend whose entire family had consulted with SCS and had seen major weight loss results. I have lost about 10kg in 4.5 months which has been pretty smooth and I am confident that the method prescribed by Dr. Anand, Palak and his team will help me reach my fitness goals in the next 6 months. I found their approach based on conducting extensive tests prior to an intervention and modifying their prescription accordingly different from others. The team at Selfcare is thoroughly professional and extremely accommodating to find a diet plan that suits your personal needs and helps you achieve your goal. The benefit is that they don’t push any crash diets which was a concern for me before going to them. Special shout out to Palak for being ever so patient and adjusting to work around my convenience. She even gave me multiple options for meals (whether home cooked or at restaurants) and I believe that’s exactly what a nutritionist should do.
