Had a very disappointing experience from the first interaction with this company. Initially, they told me there was a ₹25,000 minimum budget for decoration, which I agreed to. I then asked for a quotation, and they requested the overall event budget. After sharing it, they initially said ok — only to come back 30 minutes later saying they only take up events with a minimum ₹75,000 budget, plus 15% extra as a management fee. This change of stance was frustrating and unprofessional. If they had clear pricing or client criteria, it should’ve been communicated upfront. The entire conversation felt like they weren't interested in taking on the event. No follow-up call or consultation was offered even after submitting a request on their website. Seems like they pick and choose clients based on their own preferences. Overall, poor customer service. I would never consider reaching out to this team again.
Varsha and her team are very good at their work. We reached out to her to plan our daughter’s birthday party and she proactively made suggestions, helped us choose and then meticulously planned all details of the event and the venue. Happy to recommend her to anyone wanting a stress free event planning experience.
Varsha and her team (Nidhi,Madhav) did a wonderful job on our son’s first birthday in this week .The entire team was very well organized and extremely professional in the way they interacted with all of our guests and vendors. Varsha put in a lot of thoughtful details in everything that she touched, from the way she set up the venue to the timeline she laid out for us. She made sure that we were well taken care by ensuring everything should be setup properly and me and my wife make free during the entire event. I especially appreciated how she was able to save our money to avoid unnecessary things . Varsha and her team were like a breath of fresh calming air that helped to ease my undercover birthday party jitters throughout the day...for that, I will always be thankful to her and her team. Me and My family can not thank you enough. We loved the way you took such great care of us!!
Varsha n trupp & fest event team is amazing. They are very sweet n polite and soft spoken with everyone (esply with kids). Within a week, they planned n executed such wonderful party with all top shows n amazing anchor!! we highly recommend them.
Every detail was planned meticulously by Varsha. Her staff are extremely professional and everything was managed so well and on time! Especially the anchor who managed a noisy bunch of kids so well, and yet made sure they were all engaged and had fun ! Highly recommended for events of any scale and audience
