Iv ordered for duggu diaper for my new born the diaper was duplicate and was leaking when I spoke with the company manager who's name was shahid he spoke in unprofessional way to me and my wife, very rude behaviour. Instead of addressing the issue he started blaming on us saying that we are lying ..We din't wanted a refund which was only 270 rupees but the manager was unprofessional do not know how to speak to the customers. Worst experience and worst quality diapers. It's not about money it's about customer satisfaction which was very poor.

Scamsters. I bought knicker diapers and 7 of them were unstitched. On returning the defective material I was told by the sales lady that this time they will replace. But in future they will not be responsible for any defective products!!!
