My experience at Blue Bird Hospital was very good. The doctors are highly experienced and supportive, and the staff is extremely caring towards children. The hospital is clean, well-maintained, and the treatment was provided on time and in the right manner. I am completely satisfied with the care my child received.
I recently visited this children’s hospital with my child who was suffering from severe stomach pain and high fever. Unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing. We had to wait for nearly one hour before meeting the doctor. I had asked the receptionist whether the waiting time would be long and mentioned that we might go to another hospital if it was going to take more time. I was told that the doctor would be available in “just 5 minutes,” which kept getting repeated. Another couple who arrived after us was allowed to go in before us, which added around 15 more minutes to our wait. This was frustrating, especially given my child’s condition, though I understand there could be internal reasons for this. I feel the staff could be more transparent and sensitive in such situations, especially when children are unwell. Better communication and queue management would really improve the patient experience. Overall, it was not a very pleasant experience, and I hope the hospital takes this feedback positively to improve their services in the future.
The nursing staff at Blue Bird Hospital is very useless, they don't know how to talk or work. My sister's baby was admitted there, they don't take good care of him at all.. they just sit. They skipped medicine one time. They don't take care of the baby at all.. they don't even care about hygiene. Small babies are admitted there but.. they don't take care of them, especially the PICU nurse.. they get all the work done by relatives.. just by stealing the medicines.. The nursing staff just gives the medicine and that too they don't give the medicine properly, they make it right in the documents, they have given it… the doctor is fine but the nursing staff is very useless

Gracefull Hospital, My Child Admitted in Emergency case in Multiples Organes Disease But Here Blue Bird Hspital and Diagnose The Disease Very Quickly, With as like as a Family Centred Child.
