Used their service from the month of December 2021 to end of January 2022. I rented car seat for my 10 month old. Wide range of car seats offered on website. Decent quality product for the price range. The order was delivered on time. Yet to experience the return process but I am optimistic. Easy to connect with them via WhatsApp to get timely responses. Overall I am definitely going to recommend this to my friends who visit India for some time and need baby gears on rent. Good luck team.
I had an amazing experience with Babygearonrent. I have rented carseat, high chair and baby rocker from them. All the products were either new or in an excellent condition. Their service is really good. Hassle free pick ups and drops, quick customer support. Website is simple and it is really easy to order things. Really good option for parents who don't want to buy too many things as babies outgrow chairs/toys pretty quickly. Light on your pocket and a sustainable option for our environment. I highly recommend this.
I was quite hesitant at first ordering here first as they lacked social proof and was having hard time trusting. Also, I needed the item to be delivered within 4 days which I was not sure about. After talking with Tanuja Ji over WhatsApp, I placed the order. The shipping was not efficient and it ETA was 3 days after the day I needed the item. It takes 5-7 to get stuff delivered. I requested the order to be canceled when it was on the way. They were helpful and canceled the order and processed refund quickly. Though I couldn’t use their service, they were helpful with cancellation. I couldn’t comment ona the quality of the product. My two cents: make the shipping efficient and have an option for expedited shipment when one needs it. Had the shipping been quick, I would have used their service. Also, I had to ask multiple times for the tracking details.
Good items but they do not have any guidelines on how rental services works. How to return once you are done using your item. There’s no contact number as well. No information is sent via email or call. I ordered a bike and it showed up after 11 days without any communication. Now it’s time to end my subscription and I have no information on what are the next steps. Update. They reached out via phone to give details on how to return the item.
Very good experience. I have ordered 4 products during my trip to India. Tanuja has been really helpful with any of concerns or requests i putforth. One of the best rental agency I have found so far in and around Mumbai. I would highly recommend them.
