Got a beautiful hair updo by Mahi at Ubercare Salon and it was perfect! 💫 He styled my hair with such creativity and precision—it stayed flawless the entire day. Super professional and talented. Highly recommended for any special occasion! 💇♀️✨
Extremely disappointed with our recent experience at this salon. My wife went in for a simple trim and style, but walked out with her hair completely spiked—something she never asked for. The stylist clearly didn't listen to her request, and the end result was not only unflattering but completely out of line with what she wanted. To make matters worse, when we addressed the issue, there was little accountability or willingness to fix it. A salon should listen to its clients and respect their preferences. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. We won’t be returning, and we wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values clear communication and basic professionalism.
I had booked an appointment at UberCare Salon with Mahi as the hairstylist, availing their offer for Global Plus Highlights priced at ₹4500. However, upon arrival, Mahi told me he couldn’t perform the highlights due to some vague reasoning — despite the fact that I’ve previously had Global Plus Highlights done on my hair without any issues. It became clear that either he lacked the expertise or the confidence to do the job, and instead convinced me to go for a Global Color instead. Unfortunately, the result was extremely disappointing. The color was poorly done, and the overall service was highly unprofessional. My sister-in-law, who accompanied me, went ahead with the Global Plus Highlights — and her results were even worse. The color came out badly, and her hair was noticeably damaged. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience. I do not recommend this salon to anyone considering hair coloring or highlights. Poor service, lack of skill, and no value for money.
I’m getting my full body hair reduction package with Ubercare. Megha conducted my first full body session, she was professional, efficient and made me feel comfortable during the whole session. I hope and wish that all my treatment session happen under her. The place was hygienic and Megha took full care of all the hygiene protocols too. I’m happy with the session. Just one feedback, while the session was in progress, the other staff kept knocking the door for some reason, this happened about 3-4 in that 2:30 hrs period of the session which was very distracting. As a client it kept making me feel consious & disturbed, while Megha mostly didn’t put the treatment on hold to answer the door, I’m sure it was distracting for her too. Imagine a surgeon is performing a surgery or a masseuse is doing a full boy massage and someone keeps knocking. That’s definitely something they should correct. Once the room is booked they should know approximate timings required for the session and the client and staff performing the treatment should be given the room for that period. But other than that, overall, so far so good. Will leave a review after my other sessions to see how it’s going and the effectiveness of the treatment.
Highly Unprofessional & Disappointing Experience I had booked an appointment with UberCare for global hair color plus highlights. Unfortunately, it was beyond Mahi’s capability to perform the service. After taking the full payment, he refused to proceed, claiming that I had previously used henna or box dye—completely false, as I have only ever used professional hair color. This was nothing but an excuse to cover up his lack of expertise. I later visited another reputed salon where a professional did an excellent job with my hair color—without giving any such excuses and at the same price Mahi charged. To make matters worse, Mahi took ages to process the refund and remained completely unresponsive to messages throughout. Strongly advise others not to waste their time or money here. There are far better salons with real professionals who respect their clients and stand by their work.
