First, I must commend you for your exceptional care - your clear and comprehensive explanations regarding my condition and potential complications were greatly appreciated. I am particularly grateful for your expertise in treating my endometriosis, adenomyosis, and fibroids. I was in extreme pain, vomiting and black out at every cycle and used to be rushed to the ER. I have been suffering for almost 20 years. I finally found Dr. Shenoy who put me on suppressive medication to stop my periods and ease my pain. She was the one who recommended Dr.Mehta after three years of me being on suppressive medication. After my surgery in March this year, I have successfully returned to my natural cycles. While I still experience discomfort, I am optimistic that the extreme pain will not return for some time, and I place my trust in your surgical expertise and medical wisdom. I also deeply appreciate your email responsiveness. Though your replies are brief, it provides immense relief knowing that you have read my concerns and take the time to respond despite your busy schedule. The surgical procedure itself went smoothly, and I am grateful for your technical skill and care. I would also like to acknowledge the outstanding care provided by Nurse Komal, whose attentiveness and compassion made a significant difference during my stay. Additionally, Dr. Vismay was quite helpful throughout my recovery. However, I feel compelled to share some concerns about the post-operative care. While I understand the hospital experiences high patient volumes, I noticed this seemed to impact the quality of attention patients received. The nursing staff (excluding Nurse Komal) could benefit from additional training in patient care protocols - for instance, my IV was removed rather abruptly while I was standing, without proper technique or care. We had to wait long before a nurse would attend to us that day. During my recovery period, which coincided with Holi celebrations, the staff's festivities in the hallways created a disruptive environment for patients needing rest. While I appreciate the importance of staff morale, perhaps designated break areas could be utilized for such activities. Lastly, we encountered some complications with the billing department that added unnecessary stress to an already challenging time. However Dr.Vismay and Dr.Mehta came to the rescue and rectified the problem. I share this feedback constructively, hoping it will help enhance the patient experience at your facility, which already benefits from your excellent surgical care. The most nicest human being. I came here with a hope of doing surgery in his CHARITY UNIT. I was charged 1/3rd the tariff list. Which was great for me What can they improve 1. They need an even bigger hospital, but I heard a new one is coming 2. They need in room dining services What is good 1. The doctor is simply outstanding 2. He treated me like a VIP even when I was in charity What is outstanding 1. He came for rounds, well mannered, humble and extremely honest 2. He did not add 1₹ to my bill extra because I was not affordable at that time. 3. He explained everything to my family before surgery and kept was guided all the way through. People say he is the BEST Surgeon of Gynecology India has ever produced, infact I was recommended here by an employee of a govt hospital. Thanks for everything
The best doctor and extremely extremely humble. I am going to write something different though. Sorry Jay, but I think this should come out to the public. One has to learn manners from him, he is simply so well behaved. The day I got treated, in the room besides me there was a film actress getting operated. I had an excellent interaction with her too. He is simply the same as long as you are a lady. I don't want to appreciate his surgery and all as I am a patient and I don't understand much. The day I was operated he was working from 8am in morning to almost 11pm at night. Relentlessly. I am so sure he can't stand up and impress all the people all the time, but this guy is simple so nice to people
