It takes a lot of efforts to build a Brand, Food was great but didn’t expect that the service from the Brand would disappoint me. I would suggest that if you are selling on various portals then be active and keep a tab on each one, if not be available on chat or call support. Ordered the food at 2:20pm and got it delivered around 5pm. tried to call on number mentioned, messaged on Instagram, Whatsapp every medium but no show! Finallyy someone received the call and got the delivery done and that to by Wefast for which I had to pay, I was ok to pay as I was waiting for the food to get delivered since it took 2 plus hours to deliver
First of all Staring with the order to delivery phase Was extremely smooth and fast. No delays no Problems 2) Quality is Amazing - From branding to packaging to actual products is just amazing I'm personally Flattered 3) Taste : Actually tastes good I really thought it would taste awefull no disrespect but all that is healthy mostly doesn't taste good, But to my surprise they have done a great job here as well. Overall is a great product and I would personally suggest this to everyone and anyone who comes across wanting to eat Healthy!!!❤️❤️❤️
Hello Bee Good Meals, We purchased this number few months back from Vodafone. Seems your business is either closed or you have changed your contact details. Request you to please remove it from the Google Page and from Zomato, Swiggy. As we regularly get the calls.
Do not take their food subscription. They randomly don’t deliver. No one answers calls. They claimed they had an emergency in the kitchen and can’t deliver for 2 days which is nice. Come day 3, no delivery, no response via. Phone, email or Instagram. They aren’t even refunding my pending money.
I'm a delivery customer, I have lunch and dinner every day. The food is perfect, flavorful, fresh, top quality ingredients and satisfying portions. There is a sinful presentation of the dishes, which is important to me, because I eat with my eyes too. Possible a team for daily customer support. I am very happy to have found Bee restaurant, I looked for a restaurant in Mumbai for over a year and my needs as a foreigner had not been met. I wish success to the whole team.
