I did my regular gel extension of 999+ ombré on each nail is 60 which totals to 120 Total 1120 for pinky nails is amazing ‘ I jus wish they had more space to address privacy issues cuz people here come with their friends who chatter a lot lol ‘
I went here based on a friend's recommendation and straight for my bridal nail work and they did a fabulous job. Harry and Shibu went above and beyond to give me bridal nail art that I was looking for. They stayed after hours and patiently worked on the intricate details and gave me the look I wanted.
I’d been a regular at SoBo Ghatkopar, but the service isn’t up to the mark lately. It is becoming average with every visit. The technicians aren’t polite and are harsh with handling the tools. Got my finger tip septic once because the tool got to my skin. Even after mentioning it twice, the technician wasn’t careful. The technicians are either on their phones or chit-chatting most of the time. Neither there is any acknowledgement of the feedback given to the girl who manages the salon. Humble request to treat customers properly and acknowledge their concerns.
Had an amazing experience at sobo nails salon at ghatkopar branch! The space was clean and relaxing, and the staff was so welcoming. Mr.Suraj did an incredible job on my bridal acrylic nails extension—the attention to detail was 10/10. My cuticles look perfect and the shape is exactly what I asked for. This is becoming quite disappointing with how appointments are being managed lately. It’s honestly very annoying. Earlier, everything was extremely well-organized, and that’s one of the main reasons I loved Sobo Nails. I even recommended it to my friends because of the excellent time management and coordination. I understand there are many appointments and a lot of rush nowadays, these issues should be taken care of especially when it starts affecting the client experience. I genuinely like your services, but if my time keeps getting compromised, it doesn’t feel worth it. Looking forward to seeing some improvements, please
