Over three IUI cycles at Nova, we’ve experienced both the clinical and operational aspects of care. Dr. Sulbha Arora does a great job. She is professional, calm, and reassuring. Staff members are courteous and responsive. Mansi manages the front desk efficiently, and Andria has been especially helpful with documentation. That said, this rating is not about the clinical capabilities or medical outcomes, but about the poor operational experience. Each time, we were called between 9 to 10 AM, but the procedure didn’t happen until 2–3 PM. There’s no visibility into what’s going on; no clarity on when the sample will be collected or when the IUI will take place. You're left repeatedly asking staff for updates, which is stressful and entirely avoidable. Patients are forced to tolerate these inefficiencies in what is already an emotionally and physically taxing. Another challenge is getting the IUI summary note, which is critical for insurance claims. It’s an effort every single time to explain what is needed. I strongly urge Nova to provide all essential documentation (invoice, summary note, Form B) on the same day as the procedure. Patients should not have to make additional visits just for paperwork. Everyone’s time is valuable, and respecting it should be an integral part of the care journey. Nova has a lot going for it. Small improvements in coordination and communication can go a long way in creating a truly supportive experience.
