Dr. Sulbha Arora and her staff are AMAZING! From the front desk who always greets you by name, to the phlebotomist on site, to the financial coordinator, the embryologist, and especially the nurses! Every single one of them make you feel at ease and feel like family. The nurses always take their time answering questions and making you feel comfortable! As far as Dr. Arora she is a rock star, she can have a waiting room full of patients, yet you hardly are ever waiting past your appointment time! In the room she is patient and you can tell she genuinely, truly truly cares about you! She is so knowledgeable, and what my husband loved most about her was how confident she is! We started our journey with them November 2024 and I am so blessed and thankful to say we are now expecting our beautiful baby November 2025!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️💯
