My brother underwent bypass surgery yesterday under the exceptional care of Dr. Kamlesh Kumar Saha, and our family is deeply grateful. He is truly a blessing to us, an outstanding doctor whose expertise and compassion provide immense comfort to patients and their loved ones. The hospital staff has also been consistently polite, supportive, and highly professional, which made the entire experience reassuring and smooth. There is just one small point I wish to highlight. When the patient is shifted from the OT to the ICCU , family members are expected to carry their own masks, as I was informed by a senior nurse on duty (at 10.50 am on 22nd November,2025), . However, one nurse, when allowed by that senior nurse, kindly provided me a mask without hesitation. I humbly suggest, it would be helpful if the hospital could include a nominal charge of ₹400 (the cost of approximately 100 masks) in the patient’s bill. This simple provision would ease the stress on families already under tremendous pressure and would also enhance safety and hygiene within the ICCU area. Aside from this minor issue, every member of the team has been remarkably courteous, gentle, and attentive. I wholeheartedly recommend Holy Spirit Hospital, Mahakali, Andheri, and especially Dr. Kamlesh Kumar Saha, for anyone in need of heart surgery. From start to finish—the prenatal care, the labor experience, the normal delivery, and the postpartum care, including our baby's phototherapy—was handled with the utmost competence and compassion. Went to the hospital for delivery under Dr Susan Sodder. One of the best gynaecologist I’ve met so far. Very kind and comforting with her approach towards pregnant women. Patiently answers as many questions as you have. Had a seamless experience with the admission staff too. The nurses in the gynec ward are equally supportive. Excellent staff indeed that tend to both the mother and the child well. Right from the nursing incharge Sr Bincy, they are constantly checking on you. Before a shift ends, most nurses on duty will make sure you are keeping well before they leave. Truly an experience worth appreciating. If considering a delivery, definitely consider the hospital.
Had a comfortable and safe delivery experience with supportive and attentive staff nurses and doctors, clean facility. It was my second delivery at holy spirit hospital and we chose to come here again due to dr susan. She is very supportive and an excellent doctor. The hospital is very clean and everything is very professional and systematic. I definitely recommend this hospital.
