Our journey with Dr. Rana began even before my pregnancy, when she helped us conceive. From the very first consultation, she was extremely supportive, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Her treatment plan was clear and well thought out, and she patiently guided us through every step, giving us confidence and hope. Once I conceived, Dr. Rana continued to be phenomenal throughout my pregnancy. During a routine check-up, she identified that my pregnancy could potentially be an IUGR case. She immediately recommended weekly Doppler tests to closely monitor the baby, explaining everything clearly so we understood the importance without feeling scared. It was during the fourth Doppler test that a complication was detected, with the fluid around the baby being depleted. At that point, Dr. Rana calmly and confidently explained that a C-section would be the safest and best option for both my baby and me. I was extremely anxious and not mentally prepared for a C-section, but her calm approach and clear explanations helped me understand the situation and trust her judgment. She didn’t just reassure me, she took the time to explain everything to my husband and family as well, addressing their concerns and making sure everyone felt confident and reassured about the decision. After this, she guided us in selecting the best hospital with an excellent NICU facility. Thanks to her experience, planning, and attention to detail, the delivery and overall hospital experience were smooth and well managed. What truly sets Dr. Rana apart is her availability and dedication. She was always accessible on WhatsApp and patiently answered my many questions, which meant the world to me as a first-time mom.
