I am giving one star only because the doctor’s behaviour is very kind and respectful. My wife was under treatment here for almost 2 years. All our reports were normal, yet we continued to face difficulty in conceiving. We personally felt that the level of attention and guidance we needed was sometimes lacking. The doctor is a genuinely good person, however, we believe there may be some gaps in experience or approach in complex fertility cases. If someone has conceived before, this doctor may be suitable, but for couples who are trying to conceive for the first time, it may result in a significant investment of time and money. We were eventually advised to consider IVF, but before taking that step, we decided to seek a second opinion. The other doctor guided us properly, gave us clear precautions and a structured diet plan, and fortunately, my wife conceived naturally the very next month. She is now 7 months pregnant. We do feel disappointed that with more focused care earlier, perhaps our 2 years could have been saved. This review is shared with respect and honesty. We truly hope you take it positively and continue to improve your care for future patients.
