The star health insurance office does not exist at the given location. Even though their website and customer care gives this location on reaching the office, the name plate on the door is of different company. Even security at the ground has no idea of star health insurance office being there.
Worst of the lot! They never approve requests and then screen your calls in order to not pay the final amount. Horrible!!
No tie ups with even half decent hospitals and as a policy they refuse reimbursement unless you get a court/authority order. So many people have faced this problem with them- This insurance company is full scam.
