Has helped me achieve great health...had severe acidity reflux and gas issues..they helped me overcome with a tailor-made diet and am really thankful to them ...also the diet showed results in stopping hairfall and healthy skin...have also managed to sheddown weight which helps in boosting confidence...thank you for the wonderful yummy result oriented diet...and special mention for kajal s...for being there each day to guide ...
I had a wonderful experience with BN. I never thought that despite eating almost every thing but with little smartness I can loose weight. With Balance Nutrition it is possible with some tricks and excellant guidance of Shraddha. She has tremendous listening skills and great experience in this area. I feel very happy with the outcome.

I'm a bit disappointed with my experience at Balance Nutrition. I joined for severe acid reflux and a 4kg weight loss, but unfortunately, I didn't lose any weight. My weight barely shifted by half a kilo every 10 days, and one meal outside would undo the progress 😅. The diet was tough to follow, ironically, they gave me way too many options! For breakfast alone, I had like a million choices 🤯, and it was overwhelming. It made me bored just reading the chart! I asked them to simplify it a few times, but they only made changes towards the end. It was like: - Option 1: a/b/c with d/e, f - Option 2: g/h - Option 3: i with j/k ...and it went on! 😂 For 3 more meals, you had to pick from similar lists. And, major bummer, my acidity didn't improve one bit 🙁. I kept telling them, but nothing changed. Also, they didn't include normal food like homemade pasta or dosa, which I was hoping for. On the bright side, their team was super supportive, calling me regularly to check in. The app's easy to use, and tracking progress was a breeze. Overall, wouldn't recommend for acid reflux, and the weight loss results were meh. Maybe it'll work for others, but it wasn't for me 🙅♀️.
