I'm thankful to FabMoms, and my physiotherapist Dr Suveda Kothari. I started sessions in 3rd trimester although Dr. Suvedha made the journey smooth for me. I did never face back pain throughout my pregnancy. All the sessions were well planned and executed. While you do get a lot of information online about birthing and preparation for it, it helps when someone tells you in person and answers your small queries. The FabMoms session on Labour preparation was calming yet informative. The best thing was it wasn't just too much information and talking, but also focussed on the practical aspect of what needs to be done in preparation. Be it what to pack for the hospital to what exercises need to be done, they covered it all in a very engaging manner for both my husband and me. The exercises explained make labour a team effort for the couple rather than a single person battle for the woman! I also attended the breast-feeding and post-natal care session. It gets you to understand the importance you need to give to yourself as much as your baby for everything to work well. Practical demonstrations help and go a long way in eliminating vagueness. The doctor also explained some basic exercises and practices for post delivery recovery. Good stuff! Kudos! Will recommend FabMoms to the moms-to-be looking for real guidance that goes beyond just information.

I had joined Fab Moms for prenatal class during my third trimester, but I wish I had joined earlier as the sessions really helped me with pregnancy aches and pains. I have been doing exercises under the guidance of Dr. Suchita Dadas. She makes you very comfortable. She is so kind and very helpful, based on our medical conditions she remembers and instructs us what to do and what not to do. Really appreciate how patient she is with the pace. This training really helped me with pelvic pains and back pain issues. I felt very relieved after attending her sessions. She is very co-operative and explains all the exercises very nicely. Overall it's been a good experience. I am so happy with my sessions. I highly recommend Fab Moms and Dr. Suchita's training for anyone looking to get prenatal classes during pregnancy. Thanks!!
