Plz don’t go for this insurance company.customer care service is very bad.They are very slow.They only fool customers.
Email Id given in the Mediclaim Policy is not active & intimation of Surgery sent to that email returned undelivered. Is it an error or scam to harass the policy holder who is already in problem due to illness. Further toll free IVR Number is useless as we keep pressing the digits & after sometime the call gets disconnected. Very poor customer care service. Don't suggest anyone to buy this company's product.
Very Very Bad , hopeless customer care , i paid mondey and they are not issuing me policy . There is no proper number to connect and im feeling helpless i did a big big mistake , please be cautious this is a real horrible company
Worst Customer , try calling on numbers all closed, they just knwo to sell policy online , worst customer care of vivaBupa , on IVR they will ask u to type existing policy no 14 digit as soon as u type they IVR gets disconnected .
To my experience things went smoothly from obtaining information to coordination with on line person Mrs Vandana and online payment all was hassel free.
