I had a great experience with her prenatal yoga sessions. She is very sweet, kind, calm and truly listens to what your body needs. The personalised one-on-one sessions helped me stay active, relaxed and mentally prepared & strong during my pregnancy. She explains every movement clearly and ensures comfort and safety at all time. She creates a very comforting and positive space, which helps both physically and emotionally. I felt more relaxed, confident, and connected to my body specially with the positive affirmations at the end of each session!! Thank you for such beautiful support. I would highly recommend her to all moms-to-be.

Swapnil you came as a saviour. I reached out to her when I was 10 months postpartum with severe back pain issues. I joined your postnatal sessions for 4 months and I see a huge difference. I could sit all day for work and that to pain free. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.
