I’ve had the opportunity to engage with BHN for elderly support services, and I must say, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. A special mention goes to Trinanjan Sengupta, whose warmth and dedication truly stand out. He brings a rare combination of compassion and professionalism to his role. Trinanjan has been consistently willing to extend his support—even beyond regular hours—ensuring that every action taken is in the best interest of the guest. His empathy and commitment reflect the very values BHN stands for. Another individual who left a lasting impression is Sachin Shivanand from the accounts team. Sachin exemplifies integrity and reliability—if he commits to a timeline, he delivers on it unfailingly, regardless of the circumstances. His depth of knowledge, paired with an empathetic approach, makes him an invaluable part of the team. Both Trinanjan and Sachin are outstanding ambassadors of BHN, and it is professionals like them who inspire trust and confidence in the services provided.
I had approached BHN agency for male caretaker requirement for my old father (aged 90 years old). They were very prompt in their response and sent the person as scheduled. If the person was unable to come for any reason, the BHN agency sent replacement also promptly. My father was always in safe care with their people. All the caretakers sent by BHN were polite, on time, well trained and very helpful to my father, who was having many age-related issues. The caretakers dealt with all the needs professionally and properly. Thank you BHN for the services you have provided. BHN is doing an important service to people and I highly recommend them.
Terrible experience with this agency. They managed to get this review from another account removed. I am shocked they have such a high rating, I expect ratings/reviews are fake. Used their services for 2 days (Jun 7 and 8, 2025) for a 12 hr female caretaker from 9 am to 9 pm. I gave in writing all the duties that I needed from the caretaker. For ₹1000/day, this is certainly no value for money, and a horrible unprofessional agency that threatens both the clients and their staff. On the first day, the caretaker they assigned slept more than the patient (my elderly father) in the kitchen and on the living room furniture, morning and afternoon. When I complained to the agency, they called her, upon which she got upset and told me that she doesn't like to sit in the kitchen and wants to leave. I told her she is free to go and she left at 5 pm. The second lady who came the next day wasn't aware of all the duties, said she didn't know that bathroom cleaning was required and at 3 pm, told me that she wants to leave for a wedding. I called the agency who threatened her saying that if she leaves, she won't be paid for today's or earlier work. They also expected me to forcibly keep her at work, risking the safety of an elderly patient. They said that if I let her go, it will be my fault and that I will get no refund. Despite telling the agency that I expect professional behavior, and will not force someone to stay against their will, I was told "koi bhi kuch bhi bolega aur aap sunoge to aap ko refund nahi milega". I paid them 3 days advance ₹3000 (although they asked for 7-10 days), and didn't even get 2 full days work. This is mistreatment of senior citizens, not "quality care" as they claim. Please do not use this agency, there is no peace of mind if you do.

BHN Health Home provided excellent service in providing a caretaker for my 65 yr old mother. She suffers from parkinson and had recently broken her shoulder and we needed someone to be with her throughout the day. Trinanjan assisted us and was very quick and cordial and providing us the best staff. Suchita the staff is very professional and my mother adores her. She has been very friendly and helpful Overall a great team to deal with. Thanks you so much Trinanjan and team.
