I wanted to get gel polish nails so contacted Yashi and went there for the first time. She was damn good, neat work, she achieved the reference I showed her. I just love the way my nails are looking, so cute. Definately obsessing over it. Good work Yashi and thanks a ton ❤️

Absolutely heartbroken by this experience—especially as a bride-to-be. My sister and I had booked an appointment three days in advance for a pre-wedding nail session. It was supposed to be a joyful moment before my big day, something small to help me relax. Unfortunately, it turned into an upsetting ordeal. On the day of the appointment, we got delayed by just 15 minutes due to heavy rain and the lack of available cabs. We even had trouble finding the place and called the lady for directions. Instead of helping, she coldly told us we were late and flat-out refused to do our nails. I explained the situation and reminded her that I was the bride—it’s tradition and caution that brides don’t usually even step out so close to their wedding. Her response? “You are in need, not me.” I can’t describe how crushing that felt. I ended up in tears. Not because of the nails—but because of the lack of compassion, the harshness, and the unnecessary stress it caused right before one of the most important days of my life. It’s shocking that someone in the service industry could behave with such indifference, especially toward a bride. Last minute I had to order for stickon nails. Which was disappointing as I had no time because of her Please think twice before booking here. Professionalism and basic kindness should be non-negotiable—and sadly, both were completely missing.
