I recently completed a two-week meditation program that deeply changed the way I wok at myself and my life. We began with anulom-vilom and bhramari and even in those early sessions I felt my mind settling into a calm, steady place. later, during the R.I.S. E meditation the golden ball meditation helped me visualize warmth entering through my feet and flowing through my whole body, relaxing me to my core. we also explored acceptance and mindfulness. which taught me to focus on what I can do and release what I cannot Control. The self-talk session helped me fill myself with positive thoughts without clinging to them and face negative emotions with clarity instead of hesitation. The onion peeling meditation was especially powerful and moving through each layer of myself and finally reaching a bright beautiful core felt deeply healing. Other sessions showed me how to find happiness from within, independent of people or material things and reminded me that simply being alive with sound mind and body is something to celbrate. letting go of emotional baggage of years of sorrow , anger and helplessness was chaltenging, but I found my way through it. Overall, this experience gave me a new way to live and a fresh perspective. I am grateful for the journey and I will carry these teachings forward with me.
The experience was great. Learnt a lot of new things, learnt how to be calm and practical spiritually. From Day 1 we learnt new types of meditation techniques. We also meditated at our own pace which was really helpful. All the discussion post meditation really helped us understand ourselves better. These 2 weeks were genuinely peaceful and productive.

I feel little calm sometimes, sometimes I feel emotional. I learnt a lot about meditation and felt good here. Learnt different types of meditation and practiced them here. It was genuinely informative.
