Shilpa Ma'am is the best nutritionist that I have come across. Her dietary plans are extremely doable and do not leave anything to desire. I have been with her since last 15 years with various issues such as weight loss or weight gain due to medical reasons and each time I have been extremely satisfied. Today also, I follow her plans to maintain an optimum weight and it has been extremely helpful. I have never gone a night hungry or felt that I needed to eat something extra. Contrary to the popular belief, her dietary plans do not include just salads, there are various dishes that she, herself has innovated and shared for her clients to try and they are tasty and healthy! There is never a day where I feel like going astray due to the wide variety she offers.
