I visited this clinic today for extractions, expecting a proper, medical-grade skincare treatment but the entire experience was a huge letdown and felt like a complete waste of money. Even though I consulted a dermatologist beforehand, she didn’t offer any skin insights or guidance. Instead, the focus was on selling me other treatments I clearly said I wasn’t interested in. Despite being a “medical” consultation, she remained silent about my skin concerns and only pushed packages. Not professional at all. The actual procedure was shocking. After just a 2-minute cleansing, the staff immediately began extractions using regular salon tools — with no proper exfoliation or skin prep. The extractions for my entire face were done in under 10 minutes, and it felt rushed, careless, and ineffective. What made it worse was that midway through the procedure, they paused twice to try and upsell suction and other extras, telling me they could only extract one of my four pimples unless I paid more. Why even offer extractions if they can’t treat basic blackheads, whiteheads, or small pimples without constant upselling? My skin looks exactly the same after the session no improvement at all. An average neighborhood beautician would have done a far better job with more care and better results. Overall, the experience was totally disappointing. The dermatologist was unprofessional, and the service was rushed and ineffective. Please avoid this clinic and save your money. The five-star reviews online seem highly questionable now — I honestly wouldn’t trust them.
