Nagar Nigam Bhopal birth and death office is located inside of ISBT bus station. Near to the Rani kamlapati railway station. Place is fine, you can get your documents/certificate easily by filling the a form with details. The time is mentioned from 10 Am to 5 pm, but staff is not available at that time, means if you came at 10 am you won't be able to see any staff present on the office,. They start to appears from 11 Am, not i am not sure about their closing time of the office. Suggesting to come after 11 am in the morning and before 5 pm. Thanks.
The situation is very bad here, wrong spelling was typed in my son's birth certificate and I had to get an affidavit of Rs. 200 made, stand in queue, submit the form again, I have not received it till now
Employees were polite towards me. Corruption free environment. Suggestion- do keep one copy of applications and other documents you are attaching as they will ask for one as receiving and future references.
Has the laziest employees it opens at 10 the employee come at 1 they don't care about the people also have a very rude behavior.
It's a place to register birth and deaths which happens, after registration certificate is provided. The office is located inside nagar nigam bhopal means behind. The area is ISBT so easy to reach here because lot of transportation means are there.
