I had admitted my daughter for severe cold n cough in P.I.C.U for 4 days , later shifted to deluxe room for 3 days *Positives* The Drs are good. Polite. Timely visits are done by Drs as per shifts and counselling sessions are conducted to explain progress and further actions that are planned to be taken The nurse staffs in P.I.C.U are very attentive and caring. Cleanliness is highly maintained *Areas of improvement* Maushi ( help staff ) are very slow and need multiple reminders. There is no privacy by male staff (from canteen & cleaning) while entering the room. They open the door & walk in right after knocking. Multiple and very awkward moments during breastfeeding were experienced The call bell for help in deluxe room is at a very inconvenient position. Need to fix that at the earliest ! After shifting from P.I.C.U & till the day of discharge, no counselling to explain the overall reports or progress.
Once again I spent another two days at the hospital and my experience was extremely positive. From admission to discharge, everything was managed seamlessly, reflecting the hospital’s high standards of care and organization. The doctors and the entire medical team were exceptionally professional, compassionate, and attentive. Their dedication and calm approach made us feel safe and well cared for throughout our stay. The nursing and support staff were equally kind and responsive, always ready to help with a smile. I would like to extend special and heartfelt thanks to Prasad Sir from the billing department. His support meant more to us than words can express. He patiently assisted us with the entire document process, guided us through every step, and ensured the entire process was stress-free. His kindness, humility, and constant reassurance made us feel truly comfortable. People like Prasad Sir make a real difference—his help was genuinely invaluable, and we are deeply grateful to him. Additionally, the hospital premises were spotless and very well maintained, creating a peaceful, hygienic, and reassuring environment.
My daughter has had dental issues since childhood, and yesterday she suddenly developed extreme tooth pain and started crying uncontrollably. I immediately contacted Dr. Shivani, remembering the immense compassion she had shown during our previous visits. Dr. Shivani is extremely knowledgeable, highly compassionate, and has an exceptional way of handling non-cooperative children. Despite it being late, she kindly took special effort and patiently waited till 10 PM to completely resolve my daughter’s dental problem. Such dedication, empathy, and professionalism are rare. I am truly grateful to Dr. Shivani for her care and commitment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a caring and skilled dentist, especially for children.

Special Thanks to Mr Prasad from Billing department for explaining me all billing items in details and helping on corporate claim procedures. Highly Appreciated👍. Small Suggestion - 1)Management should also focus more on deluxe rooms cleanliness and should have more nurses/sisters for children's care. 2)Hospital should hire more experience staff and proactive staff. 3)Also management should revisit the cost structures/payments as its higher compare to other Hospitals. Amazing hospital. Great team of Doctors. Great staff. Thank you to all Doctors especially Dr. Susan. Entire team of doctors are always reachable - Dr. Sangeeta, Dr. Darshana, Dr. Noorie, Dr. Vimmi. Dr. Susan especially supported even when it was her off hours. The person in the billing department Mr. Nilesh is also very supportive. He took care of all the queries, insurance support etc even after normal working hours for him. Best childrens hospital in Mumbai!
