It was a great experience, staff were very friendly, welcoming, and clearly experienced. A few small suggestions for ACLS training: 1. Better advance communication about class timings and precourse requirements. overall management could be more proactive. 2. A dress code (like scrubs) would add professionalism ( we are all medical professionals) . Exceptions can be accommodated accordingly. 3. Cleaner bathrooms with hand soap/tissues would be appreciated. Thank you for the effort you put into the course!
