I want to express my deepest gratitude for guiding me through the 4-day Happiness Program. It’s difficult to put into words what I experienced but something inside me has shifted and I feel more alive, more connected, and more in tune with myself. From the very first Sudarshan Kriya session I felt something awakening within laughter bubbled out of me effortlessly like a deep joy that had been waiting to be released. On other days I experienced sensations in my body from pain in my legs to heaviness in my head and even those moments felt like a deep cleansing as if layers of stress were being peeled away. This journey brought me face-to-face with emotions I didn’t even know I was carrying, and somehow through breath and silence, I found a space where I could simply be without judgment and without fear. The Happiness Program at TOK, Navi Mumbai, Satra Plaza was a revisit for me as a Saadhak/ Spiritual Seeker. I had first experienced the almost mythically magical experience of Sudarshan Kriya and Pranayama more than 10 years ago. After several years of regular practice, I had fallen off the wagon and lost my way. I had approached the program with mixed feelings- apprehension and pleasant anticipation. Today, a day after the program has closed, i must say that my apprehension was largely misplaced and my anticipation hugely exceeded. The teachers Mayuresh ji, Suchitraji who led the sessions are living embodiments of the values and practices that Gurudev Shri Shri Ravishankar ji has poured forth into the world through the Art of Living Foundation. They were both uniformly compassionate, understanding, tolerant and supremely non judgemental about our questions and challenges as we embarked on this fascinating journey within. The venue per se is beautiful and well tended to. A centre bathed in the powerful aura of the blessings of Gurudev, i strongly recommend the centre, the teachers and the plethora of programs for inner transformation to anyone who is seeking a sense of inner peace and awareness of the purpose of human life in this world.
It was an excellent experience practicing Sudarshan Kriya under the guidance of Mayuresh Asodekar sir and Suchitra ma'am at Vashi centre. This has led to the beginning of my spiritual journey.
