Very disappointing and irresponsible service. This agency’s behaviour clearly shows that they are only interested in collecting their full commission. Until the complete commission amount is paid, they keep calling continuously. Once the full payment is done, they completely stop bothering about the client. After payment, they show zero responsibility—whether the maid is coming or not, her behaviour, sudden leaves, or even complete disappearance. There is no follow-up, no replacement, no communication, and most of the time they simply do not respond. In my case, the maid went on a long leave of 17–18 days during Ganpati, without any proper communication either from the maid or the agency. No one bothered to understand how I was managing my office work and my baby during that time. When she returned, she gave a verbal story without anything written, and I still trusted her and continued the routine. Again, during Christmas, the maid disappeared and later came back with another story. This time she clearly said she does not want to continue due to family reasons. Since then, I have been continuously trying to reach the agency for a replacement. I have made multiple calls and WhatsApp calls (the call history itself shows the reality). Messages are replied to once in a while with “okay”, and then there is no response at all. I want to clearly mention that this review is mainly about the agency. If I start talking in detail about the maid’s behaviour, it would need another full page. I ignored many issues and continued the service only because whenever she comes she used to come on time, which helped me manage my office work. That was the only reason I continued with her for six months. Otherwise, even her behaviour was not as per the promises made by the agency. This agency has no respect for their own contract, no sense of accountability, and no concern for baby care services, which is a very sensitive matter. They are only bothered about their commission, not about the baby, not about the parents’ situation, and not about the commitment they promised. I would strongly not recommend this agency, especially to working parents who genuinely depend on reliable baby care support.
Your ma8d left within 6 months and you are neither receiving call nor replying to whatsapp message. You took 18k commission. Please refund the commission. Please receive call. The maid says she don't drink tea. We offered both breakfast and lunch. She is not eating it, she want want spicy food. The society member complaint of your maid. Since your maid came for only 6 months against 12 months, please refund half commission. We don't want your service anymore.
I am writing this review after 6 months of taking their services. They have a clear operating model. 1) Take advance 2) give maid 3) after a 2-3 months place that maid somewhere else at a higher salary 4) make you wait for 2-3 weeks 5) give you another maid at a higher salary as you age desperate by now 6) place this maid somewhere else at an even higher salary within 2-3 months And the story repeats. I have experienced this whole operating model first hand and have asked them to terminate my contract as we do not have patience to onboard a new maid every 2-3 months and suffer for weeks in between the gaps. Once you have given them the contract it is a painful process as they have zero accountability and zero professionalism. They are not even willing to refund the money paid for the balance tenure. After one month of them not being able to provide a maid, I had to make alternate arrangements and let go of the money given to them.
