We would like to convey our thanks to care24 care giver (Ms. Fatima Sheikh )for 9 days serviceshe has offeredwhile the patient was hospitalized .The services are professional- reflecting total care, discipline and commitment by the care givers attendant. The dedicated relationship manager, Priyanka Thorat and Sarvanan also makes sure everything is in order as their service level parameters. We are delightedly and happy availing care24 services and highly recommend to the people who are in lookout for the same. I wish care24 and their team members greater successes in the times to come. 🙏1
Had a very bad experience with Care24 recently when we wanted a caretaker for my mom. While the caregiving counsellor on the phone were very professional, but the actual services were not upto the mark. The person sent by them was never on time and wasnt well trained on taking care of elderly. On the first day they sent a person who left after 2 hours (after arriving 2.5 hrs late) as she wasnt feeling well and she mentioned that she had informed the managers but was still assigned this job(no replacement could be provided the same day). The person who attended the next 2 days was very inexperience(was just going thru the motions) and not punctual (also left early without completing full 12 hours). All in all I would not recommend Care24 to anyone who wants to take care of their elderly family members. They need to pull up their socks and get their acts together.
⭐ Very Poor & Misleading Service – Highly Disappointed I am extremely dissatisfied with Care24 and strongly advise others to be very cautious before engaging with this company. During the sales pitch, Care24 clearly assured us that they have a large pool of in-house caregivers and that immediate replacement would be provided, ensuring that the patient is never left without a caregiver. This assurance was a key reason we decided to go ahead and make the payment. However, after taking the money, Care24 conveniently changed their stance and informed us that they do not have caregiver supply in our area. This is completely misleading and unacceptable, especially when dealing with patients who need continuous care. They also promised an experienced caretaker, but instead sent us the profile of a very young boy, which was nowhere close to what was discussed or agreed upon. To make matters worse, the response from Mr. Sargam was unprofessional, rude, and insensitive, showing a complete lack of empathy and accountability. This kind of attitude is shocking from a company operating in the healthcare support space. Overall, this has been a stressful and disappointing experience, marked by false promises, lack of transparency, and poor customer handling. ❌ Misleading commitments ❌ No caregiver availability after payment ❌ Wrong caretaker profile shared ❌ Rude and unprofessional communication I would highly NOT recommend Care24 to anyone looking for reliable and professional caregiving services.
This is a fraud agency who only has good marketing agents and give pep talks. They take advance money from you for 7 wroking days and then assign some caretaker without even checking with caretaker.. the caretaker backs out and these people have no pool of the client preferred list. Secondly once you number is registered with them as customer they wont pick your call , i tried from another number and lo there was a response assuming some potential customer. The call center executive conveniently said they dont have maid and can provid eonly after few days... If you dont have pool why do you take money in advance . I need refund of my entiremoney with interest for wasting and being fradulent. Pls refrain from reaching this agency. They lack empathy
Care24 appears to prioritize internal policies over customer care. If you expect a stress-free service without having to follow up 3–4 times a day, this is not the right provider. At sign-up, I was assured that caregiver replacements would be handled within a couple of hours. However, on Day 1, when I requested a replacement due to stated preferences, I was told at 9 PM after multiple chasers to “manage for one day,” showing zero empathy during a vulnerable situation.Only after pushing very hard did they arrange an emergency caregiver. This whole incident and constant follow-up for a regular caregiver has left me immensely frustrated and anxious as am leaving my senior citizen parent depending on this unempathsic service provider. Am also extremely worried what if similar situation arise during rest of the contract period...how will my parents manage the situation alone?? The only positive aspect is the caregivers themselves—especially **Hiren**, who did an excellent job and earned the patient’s trust. Unfortunately, my mutiple humble request to retain him as ongoing support has been continuesly rejected on grounds of internal policy. I requested this as my parents don't have to worry about training someone new after I leave. False promises from sales and RM overshadow the efforts of caregivers I genuienly regret choosing Care24 as they are no different to a random care service provider who would atleast charge less.
