Monish is a very bright and helpful insurance wala. I had an issue with LIC in 2013-14 regarding some closed policies which I wanted to continue. Since I didn't know anyone in Mumbai at that time,one of my colleagues introduced me to him and without any hesitation the lad took over the case in hand and settled the issue in a very swift and professional manner.
