I used their online service ST for two years. Their methodology was good, but the therapists didn't stick to timings and kept changing the time a lot.. I was also charged more when I moved from the US to India, with them claiming their fees had gone up. However, my friends were paying much less. When I requested Mr. Mehta to review this, he took a long time to respond and eventually said he couldn't reduce the amount. I found the practice very money-oriented, and they were quite pushy about collecting payments after sessions, which I found rude. I stopped going mainly because I wasn't happy with this kind of behavior.
