This review is being written to formally highlight the extremely negligent and irresponsible IVF treatment provided at Birla Fertility & IVF. The treatment process was handled in a careless and unprofessional manner, resulting in unnecessary delay in the IVF procedure and serious harassment to the patient and family members. Due to improper medical supervision, lack of timely response, and mismanagement during the treatment, the patient's health condition deteriorated significantly. The situation became so serious that the patient had to be admitted to the hospital. Such negligence in a highly sensitive medical procedure like IVF is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about patient safety and treatment protocols followed by the hospital. Patients approach fertility centers with immense trust, hope, and emotional vulnerability. Unfortunately, our experience at this center has been deeply distressing both mentally and financially. The conduct of the staff and the handling of the treatment fell far below the professional standards expected from a reputed medical institution. This matter should be taken seriously by the hospital management and investigated thoroughly. If such negligence continues, it could put many other patients at risk. Necessary corrective actions and accountability must be ensured to prevent such incidents in the future.
