I cant thank Bombay Hospital enough for the amazing care they gave me during my recent surgery. I was really nervous going in, but the staff made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Sharma took the time to sit with me and my family, answered all our questions (even the silly ones) and made sure we understood everything. That really helped calm my nerves. The way he explained things showed he genuinely cared not just doing his job. The nurses were absolute angels. They checked on me regularly, made sure I was comfortable, and even cracked a few jokes to keep my spirits up. These small things really matter when you're not feeling your best. The hospital itself is spotless and very well organized. I never had to wait long for anything, and everyone from the reception to the cleaning staff was polite and helpful. Recovery has been smooth..thanks to the excellent treatment i received. My family and I are truly grateful. Bombay Hospital is the best hospital in Mumbai i have been, they really set the bar high for quality healthcare. Thank you to everyone who took care of me. You guys are the best.
My family member got treated from Respected Dr Khadilkar sir. Really great service and results we got from sir. He is one of the top neurologists in India. I would like to recommend this ‘Avatar of God’ for neurological opinions for patients.
We had a surgery and was admitted for 3 days. The hospital charges enormously but what they give is only half of it. The infrastructure - rooms are in pathetic condition. Their departments are also so uncoordinated. Better to go to hospitals like Saifee which not just has better doctors but also better food, and rooms. Also I don't understand why are the doctors asking for cash for consultation. I asked for scanner to which the reply was go down and remove money from the atm. We are paying for a service but all these people do is make life hell for us.
Thouh hospital is well known for trating patients , and renowned doctors are available here... i experienced very bad here..i admitted my wife here for three months miscarriage treatment. No any gynac intern was there, they came after one and half hour ..the basic sonography unit was not available there at that day..for dnc procedure we have to admited two days befoe process after miscarriage...so that they can increase charges for room ..mentality of servants, helpers was like they were always demanding the tips as if we are enjoying in five star..as we discharged from hospitals we were sad as we lost our twins but the helpers and servants were demanding tips ...and saying your patient is saved so you have to give tips..
Had my health checkup done today. Excellent facilities.well organised n clean hospital . really impressed by the assistance n services well behaved doctors n nursing staff. Special mention Mr.Vijay and sister Nisha whose warm behaviour and positivity really took of all the tension of medical check up.
