I cant thank Bombay Hospital enough for the amazing care they gave me during my recent surgery. I was really nervous going in, but the staff made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Sharma took the time to sit with me and my family, answered all our questions (even the silly ones) and made sure we understood everything. That really helped calm my nerves. The way he explained things showed he genuinely cared not just doing his job. The nurses were absolute angels. They checked on me regularly, made sure I was comfortable, and even cracked a few jokes to keep my spirits up. These small things really matter when you're not feeling your best. The hospital itself is spotless and very well organized. I never had to wait long for anything, and everyone from the reception to the cleaning staff was polite and helpful. Recovery has been smooth..thanks to the excellent treatment i received. My family and I are truly grateful. Bombay Hospital is the best hospital in Mumbai i have been, they really set the bar high for quality healthcare. Thank you to everyone who took care of me. You guys are the best.

The whole team from doctors to nurses to support staff is very cooperative and work in tandem. The doctors are extremely dedicated and their knowledge and expertise is par excellence ! The challenge with which the Team takes up each case is commendable. One doctor proudly said that people don’t come here for sardi zukaam ie cold and flu, they come here for diseases difficult to treat and I would believe him ! Though Hospital is not a place to be in, but if one has to be in one, BOMBAY HOSPITALis the place to be in!! The Doctors are amazing and their coordination and cohesiveness was something which we really appreciate! We had a surgery and was admitted for 3 days. The hospital charges enormously but what they give is only half of it. The infrastructure - rooms are in pathetic condition. Their departments are also so uncoordinated. Better to go to hospitals like Saifee which not just has better doctors but also better food, and rooms. Also I don't understand why are the doctors asking for cash for consultation. I asked for scanner to which the reply was go down and remove money from the atm. We are paying for a service but all these people do is make life hell for us.
It was great experience they have been really amazing in such difficult time which we had my father was not in good condition he had uncler operation of his foot I would say they have given him new life and the staff the nurses doctors everyone is so calm and understanding Thank you so much Really greatful for your help🙏
