I would like to share feedback regarding my mother’s recent admission in room 1522. We truly appreciate the care and attention provided by the staff. Everyone was courteous, supportive, and ensured she was comfortable throughout her stay. However, we did notice that coordination between some team members could be improved. Strengthening teamwork and internal communication would make the overall patient experience even better. Thank you once again for your dedication and the care you provided to my mother. We got the treatment from Dr. Meghal Sanghavi, experienced Oncosurgeon with very transparent communication, superb diagnosis and excellent line of treatment. I strongly recommend her. The hospital rooms were also very good with very clean and well built rooms. The experience could have been better with the services from the nurses with clear understanding from doctors & RMO and execution of same on the patients. The same can be made better with more experienced nurses. The food quality was also very good, however did not match our taste! Overall a very good experience with Wockhardt!
We received excellent service at Wockhardt (Mumbai), with the staff being both professional and personal. The doctors were patient, demonstrated expertise, and were encouraging. The nursing staff consistently went over and beyond expectations! They were kind and gracious, even where language differences might have caused challenges. The support staff made sure we were well cared for, from initial contact when we were in our home country, to helping us adjust to the cuisine and providing whatever conveniences we might have needed. Our wedding anniversary fell while I was hospitalised - and the support team organised a cake, some chocolate, and a few guys to wish us a happy anniversary! Well done Mr Akhtar Khan and your team! We did feel overwhelmed at the volume of traffic into our room, with different people coming to check something or do something. Probably our greatest encouragement came from an unexpected source - the housekeeping and kitchen staff (who are third party)! Archana, Rakesh, and Imran were champions and kept my wife and me in high spirits! It feels like I came as a patient and leave having made new friends and family!
