The nursing staff was attentive, caring, and always available when needed.The hospital premises were clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. The personal care staff was extremely attentive and ensured my comfort at all times. Especially Reshma Jadhav is very supportive and always ready to help. Rukhsana takes great care and ensures daily sponging is done properly. Both are caring, attentive, and make the patient feel comfortable. Meal staff Ankit Jadhav is very good, polite, and helpful. Overall experience is good.
We had wonderful experience at room 1709 of hospital for 21days was under observation by team of Dr BP Pardiwala and Dr Mhendi for surgery. Sodexo food restaurant Mr Kazi Imran was very good during service had all delicious & healthy food. Also had regular & good housekeeping during stay at hospital. Daily & regular person visit for asking health care hospital facility review is which great initiative.
It was our 1st experience at the hospital for surgery under Dr.Mehdi. It was anticipated to be a complicated surgery but it was successful due to Dr.Mehdi and Dr.Meeenakshi. We will always be grateful to them. Also all the nurses were prompt to provide care. Miss.Gauri(PEE) too would make sure our stay was comfortable throughout. Archana tai and Bhavika Tai too were very helpful and had been around to support us.
Wockhardt Hospital, Mumbai Central provides excellent medical care. The doctors are highly experienced, the nursing staff is attentive, and the hospital is very clean and organized. Emergency response and patient handling are commendable. Truly a trustworthy hospital.
