Giving 1 star as negative is not allowed. Don't buy there policy. They keep confusing and avoid payment where it is due. They have third party for support who only read the rejection mail and give no justification like a robot. Never ever getting stuck with them.
Really bad experience where the MediAssist Portal shows validity period of Health Insurance policy as 30-09-2025, when I submit claim, its rejected stating the validity period is only till August 2025. Never expected this from Aditya Birla Group!!!
They just issue policy and for claims no reply its been a week also they dont understand surgery name and always say cant claim or reimburse
Don't trust Aditya birla health insurance they have not given support my bro face heart problem they still not approve the process we are waiting from yesterday night after six year we use 1st time this policybenifts don't trust they fraud to peoples
