Visited Hop Up and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at an entertainment venue. The place was almost empty, yet the staff couldn’t be bothered to attend to the few customers who actually came in. • Front Desk: The rudest i have ever seen, disinterested, and untrained. They wouldn’t even explain the games properly. When we asked about a new game, the lady at the counter simply pointed to the screen and said, “It’ll come on the screen.” • Communication: No one informed us that the bowling game has only 5 rounds — basic information they should mention. • Service: The desk staff were busy clicking Halloween pictures while guests waited for assistance. • Upper Floor: Completely unattended and deserted — we had to go down ourselves to call someone for help. • Attitude: Except for one or two staff members, everyone behaved as if we were there for free. In a business that depends entirely on customer satisfaction and word of mouth, this kind of arrogance is unacceptable. Better to explore other places where people actually respect paying customers. Bowling was an absolute blast! The lanes were well-maintained, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere had just the right amount of fun + competitiveness. Perfect place for a casual hangout, date night, or even a group party. Definitely going back again!”

Had a good time here! The ambience is fun with all the neon lights, and the place has a nice vibe for hanging out with friends. Some games felt a little old and could be better maintained, but overall the experience was enjoyable. Staff was decent, and it’s a nice spot for a casual outing or a quick fun break. Would visit again!
Best place to visit for arcade and bowling, we played bowling and it was fabulous experience. Mr Rahul and Jairul helped and communicated very well with us . Overall best experience
