Absolute crap! They have a stupid 45 day policy where they don’t consider extension of classes even if the child is sick. Which is so sad. Doesn't work for most parents! Cause children will obv fall sick.

My daughter Stella and I had the best experience here. Both Ganesh and Paresh are dedicated instructors. Highly recommend flyzone. It was a positive, inclusive, and great environment.

Title: Disappointing Experience at Flyzone Fitness Today I visited Flyzone Fitness in veera desai branch Mumbai around 5:30 pm to inquire about a gymnastics class for my 4-year-old son, who is naturally shy and needs a bit of support in new settings. Unfortunately, I left feeling disrespected and concerned. During the demo class, I stayed near my son to comfort him, but the receptionist, HINA, rudely told me to leave, claiming I was distracting the other children. She also made unprofessional remarks, saying, “This is a reputed place where celebrities come, you will not understand this place,” and went on to tell me that my child “wasn’t ready” and to come back only when he was. As a parent, I was shocked by her dismissive attitude. The gym itself, despite being spacious, lacked basic amenities like fans in the children’s training area. Small children were visibly sweating and seemed uncomfortable, making the environment unsuitable for their well-being. I believe no parent should be spoken to in such a condescending manner, nor should children be subjected to poor facilities. I urge Flyzone Fitness to reconsider how they treat both parents and children and to make their space more comfortable for young learners. Parents, don’t hesitate to speak up if you encounter such behavior. Your role in your child’s comfort and development is important and should be respected.
