My mother and I were very satisfied with our experience at the hospital. Even before our arrival, we received a confirmation letter sent by Mr. Amir less than 72 hours before our departure. He took care of everything for us and was present at every step. A driver came to pick us up from the airport. On site, the entire staff was kind and professional. We are also very pleased with the results and the quality of care we received. My mother fell ill during our stay, and their ability to care for her was outstanding. The treatment was truly excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Vinod, who stayed with us from start to finish. He helped us in every department, translating everything with his phone, and always made sure we were comfortable despite the language. We truly felt supported and well cared for.
