With all physical benefits there is also some mental peace and I have generated positive vibes after attending class. Also our yoga Sir and Madam are very knowledgeable and calm
I had joined yoga in Sanskar Yoga Kendra a few months ago. This course had a profound effect on me and I feel thankful to have taken part in it. During yoga practice I have experienced immence joy along with improved flexibility and strength of my body. Sanjay sir shared their knowledge in a systamatic and interactive manner. He is very co-operative and pays equal attention to every student. I will continue practicing yoga for rest of my life. I highly recommend this course to everyone as it is undoubtedly an excellent course for one's improved physical as well as mental health. I am looking forward to the many more great experience with Sanskar Yoga!!
It’s been 5 months since I have joined the yoga class.It helped me a-lot, it increased my flexibility and have strengthen my body. Here I have also gained knowledge about different Mudras, Diet and health practices to improve the lifestyle. Post morning yoga session I feel very fresh and it gives peace of mind. I’m thankful to be part of it.😇
It's been a month since I joined Sanskar Yoga Kendra, and it was a great experience. Our yoga teacher is very knowledgeable and disciplined. He always provided clear instructions, making it easy for beginners like myself to follow along. It was clear that the yoga teacher had given the sequence of poses a lot of attention and planning since the class flows well. After practising yoga, I felt more relaxed and energised throughout the day. Sir also provided modifications for those who needed them, as some wanted to lose weight. He individually examines people's routines and recommends diets for them to follow, which was greatly appreciated. He even introduced us to some accupressure instruments that are helpful for our blood circulation. I even shed 2 kg this month, but I have to give up my favourite beverage. you have to lose something in order to attain good health. Overall, I highly recommend this yoga class to anyone looking for a calming workouts.
It's been two months since I joined sanskar yoga Kendra , and it is truly and exceptional experience. The teacher is incredibly knowledgeable and provide clear and concise instructions throughout the yoga session. The thing that really stood out to me was that the yoga session also includes of accupressure techniques and meditation. The accupressure points that were targeted during the class helped to alleviate and tension or stress that I was feeling, and the meditation at the end of the class left me feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated . The class itself was challenging, with a great mix of different posture that tested my strength, flexibility and balance . Overall I would highly recommend everyone to join sanskar yoga Kendra to improve their physical and mental well-being
