Oil which is medicated and warm is poured on your body and massaged. Teak wood table for laying down is available for one to sleep while having massage. After massage a small cubicle is there for having a steam bath. An individual closed seating is there where hit steam is passed on your body, this will penetrate the oil and give you a relief. After the steam, you have a choice either to take bath or just wipe your body of the oil. It is preferable to wipe the body rather than taking bath. The massage table is cleaned with certain liquids and made ready for the next person. They also have Ayurvedic Doctor for any ailments or consultation. Full body, facial, foot etc. Foot massage is being done by a visually impaired person. What a relief, he uses cream and massages your foot pressing the acupressure points.

5 stars to meet the expectation for abhyangam therapy. Full body relaxed, will recommend. One thing for improvement 9n hygiene part - Although the wooden bed is cleaned properly still a disposable sheet should be there on bed.
