We had taken a crib and a stroller for our grand daughter as they were going to come from USA.It's a good idea to take on rent as it was not useful to us after they went. Both crib and the stroller were in good condition,clean and Sanitized. The person who dropped the things also attached them and guided us, how to open or close it. It was very helpful to us and the kid to sleep happily and to move around.
After booking, nobody has confirmed nor rejected the order even after calling multiple times to the outlet there is no confirmation. They are simply asking for half an hour every time. Their website also reflected as confirmed and payment pending where as no details shared for payment. No sort of confirmation or denial is given even on the day of pickup, now I need to search other place somehow on the same day as my flight Do not recommend their service. Can't judge quality of products because never received any.
The Bragpacker team is extremely professional. I recently rented a GoPro for some travel. I received all the required accessories along with it including the ones for Underwater usage as well. The equipment was in perfect working condition and well maintained and clean. I opted for the pickup and received the pickup smoothly and it was promptly collected the day post my return. My deposit was also received 2 days post the equipment return. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend.
